Refund policy
We want you to ENJOY everything you ordered from UNTAMED but we understand sizing can be rough when it comes to buying clothes for our UNTAMED little people. While we don't offer refunds, we will be more than happy to exchange your order for another size if/when available or we can do store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Untamed is not responsible for any orders that have a shipping status of "Delivered" via tracking number. Please reach out to your courier to file a claim.
The returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible for an exchange or store credit. We are stern with this policy to ensure we are not shipping out any worn or used items.
Items must be purchased directly from shopuntamedapparel.com with proof of purchase (order number and email address associated with order)
If any worn or used items are sent back to us, we will be unable to process an exchange and will notify you for next steps.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
