Shipping policy

We offer FREE shipping (within the U.S.) on all orders over 100$

Standard domestic shipping for orders under $100 is an $8 flat fee and will ship standard ground. Please note, processing and shipping times are two different things for all selected services. Orders placed before 11 am PST Monday-Friday will ship same day. Orders placed after 11 am PST will ship next day (Monday-Friday). Orders can not be edited or cancelled once placed due to our fulfillment SLA.

UNTAMED is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

UNTAMED is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs)

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. UNTAMED is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Packages returned to UNTAMED may be reshipped at the customer's expense. Packages marked as delivered, but “not received,” are the customer’s responsibility to locate with USPS. UNTAMED is not liable to issue refunds on lost packages.
